President

Shawn Bromell leverages her extensive background in business, broadcasting, and consulting to efficiently oversee Pro Cutters' administrative operations. As one of the company's co-founders, she brings more than 14 years of experience in both residential and commercial landscape maintenance. Shawn's financial expertise has played a pivotal role in steering Pro Cutters toward becoming a debt-free enterprise. She holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Georgia State University.

Steve Bromell

Operations Manager

With more than three decades of expertise in the landscape and routine maintenance industry, Mr. Bromell is a cofounder of Pro Cutters, where he plays a pivotal role in day-to-day operations. He oversees a team of over 85 direct employees during the company's peak season and coordinates with 250 sub-contractors across different service areas. Mr. Bromell is also at the forefront of Pro Cutters' community engagement initiatives and holds the status of a military-disabled veteran.

Dr. Anterro Graham

General Manager

Dr. Graham contributes over three decades of corporate business management expertise to the Pro Cutters team, gained from his roles at IBM, GE, and Dynegy Corporation. As a seasoned general contractor with a 15-year tenure in Florida, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Dr. Graham is a disabled U.S. Air Force veteran with over 25 years of experience in commercial construction and landscape maintenance. He recently completed a Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership and Organizational Change.

Mr. Roman is a results-driven professional in commercial Landscape Management and Development, bringing more than 18 years of experience in managing government and commercial service projects. His expertise extends to high-end residential and commercial projects, where he efficiently oversees work teams and ensures compliance with Georgia Department of Transportation regulations.

Jean Casseus

Special Projects Manager

Mr. Casseus contributes over 14 years of well-established experience in Corporate Process Improvement, gained during his tenure at Bank of America. He also brings experience in Commercial Construction, Landscape Maintenance, and Vegetation Removal Services. Mr. Casseus actively serves as the Secretary of the Georgia Haitian American Chamber of Commerce.

Daren Bromell

Area Manager – NC & SC

With over two decades of experience in Accounts Payable, Mr. Bromell has transitioned to landscape management, leveraging his strong business acumen. He prioritizes safety in every aspect, ensuring that work teams and subcontractors follow correct procedures. His background as a former United States Marine Corps Corporal has instilled in him discipline and meticulous attention to detail.
